Borea Opportunity is responsible for Borea’s activities within Private Equity and invests in unlisted companies with growth potential.
Our goal is to create value in our portfolio companies leveraging our competence, network and capital. We provide capital for organic growth and potential acquisitions. We strive to be a preferred and active owner for our portfolio companies. This includes working closely together with these companies to support them in reaching their potential.
Borea has a strong team consisting of Gudmund Rønningen, Harald Mowinckel Troye, Dag Sørsdahl, Trond Valvik, Thomas Samdal, Torvald Ulland Reiestad and Øyvind Sten Bjerkseth. In addition Borea has a network of industrial partners, who contribute to the development of our portfolio companies.
Borea Opportunity has an equity of NOK 1,2 billions, which will be invested in companies with growth potential. We can invest our capital in almost any sector or industry, except shipping and real-estate. We are looking for well established companies with a turnover exceeding NOK 50 mill. We do no invest in start-up-phase companies.
