Software Innovation ASA has in letter dated 26.03.2009 pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company's shares from Oslo Børs.
The administration at Oslo Børs has on 30.03.2009 made the following resolution:
"The shares in Software Innovation ASA will be delisted from listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be 01.04.2009."
